Leigh, I'm so glad that I found this particular Podcast. After 6 years of hives that never go "boom", I of course wondered about my skills as a beekeeper here in Buncombe County. I had never considered the comb issue. I'm going to address that this Spring. Thank you so much! Jennifer

2nd year here- the Bee school sounds great. On a practical level, do you throw comb and frame away or scrape it down if its plastic? What do you think about communication channels around or through comb? I’ve seen beekeepers drill holes in the center with the idea of aiding the colony in moving within the frames.
